English: Witnessing the largest home of the Philippine eagle and the beauty of magical rainforest of Mount Apo, I’m grateful enough to be invited by DENR to climb the only one of two ASEAN Natural Heritage Parks in the country— Mt. Apo standing 2,956 meters above sea level. Even though the trail was so challenging and uphill just being able to walk through this mossy rainforest where thousands of majestic flora and fauna sorrounded the area was difinitely the highlight of this mystical mountain.The mountains have played an important role in shaping our lives, may we know it or not. Distant peaks and ridges longing for moments that never seemed more farther away than today. Only left with memories and frames that can remind us of them to share to our country.
