Passports are a work of the Philippine government and hence are in the public domain. Note: Copyright status of the 50th Anniversary Logo of Singapore-Philippine ties which was in the original photo is edited out for ambiguous copyright status. The logo was a winning design for a logo design competition organized jointly by the Philippine Embassy in Singapore and the Singaporean Embassy in Manila hence the edited out logo is presumably a jointly owned by both entities or Renante Tatel Corporal, the author of the logo. Singaporean government works are protected under copyright. See Singapore's copyright law, which states copyright conditions for works created under the direction of its government. |
