Hi, Holder. You have removed many pictures I have uploaded. Many of them were pictures I took with my own cameras. They were declared as my own and processed under Salamangkero (Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 4.0 license). Please explain. Ringer 05 February 2017.(UTC)

These files have been uploaded years ago without complying Wikimedia's licence conditions. For me it seemed that none was interested in this problem herte since years. Good morning Holder. For me its a bit tedious to have to explain many things about my wikipedia activities considedring i have little knowledge of computerese. But since I see you have made massive deletions in Bikol wiki, I beieve some files I uploaded were in those years when Wikipedia in general did not have this tool where you have to ackknowledge your source or expressly release them to Commons. Nevertheless, let me justify the files I uploaded and which you are again intending to delete: Ladawan:FlashElorde.jpg was simply copied from the English Wikipedia. Ladawan:Dacer-montage.jpg was also taken from English Wikipedia but I am surprised the photo is now no longer with the article. Ladawan:Levy Aureus 004.jpg was a picture of a photo of Liberato Aureus seeing he could not provide a picture but I signified to him I would take a picture of his face from his book cover. He had died since. Ladawan:Epifanio de los Santos.jpg was a part of a picture gallery of famous people lined up inside the Special Division of the Filipiniana Section of the National Library of the Philippines. I took down those pictures and with the permission of Mr. Narciso Crux, the Chief of the Sp. Division, took pictures of each of them. The progeny of these pictures is hard to trace and the guy Epifanio died way back in 1928. This picture in fact had been published so many times in popular magazines and newspapers in the Philippines. Ladawan:Domingo C. Abella 015.jpg, is a picture of a picture contained in the government publication Archiviniana, a magazine then being published by the National Archives of the Philippines headed at that time by Domingo C. Abella. I may be wrong, but all gpovernment publications are in the public domain. Surprisingly, although he is a famous guy here in our country I have not come across a photo of his face in any other magazine or newspaper altho I am a wide reader. But this is an aside. Hi Ringer. According to the policy of Wikimedia Foundation pictures can only be uploaded if they are set under a free license. I just deleted files without any license information. I didn't delete files under PD or Creative Commons or any other license. There are many files left uploaded by you that lack license information. If you have made these pictures by yourself you can add a Creative Commons license or another free license. If the pictures are free because they are made by government please add a PD license. HiHolder. You have again deleted many pictures which I took with my own cameras in the Philippines and abroad. They are my very own only thing they were uploaded before 2014 when Bikol Central did not have the Salamangkero which automatically put uploaded files in Commons. I just do not have the luxury of time to re-file them to Commmons but no one else would question the copyright because they originated from my cameras. I admit there is real need to put them in Commons quick. In this regard, please be patient with us. Many of them are no longer in my safe-keeping because my old computers crashed and I failed to recover these files. Just imagine the damage if you would delete them from Wikipedia permanently! Hi Ringer. Al deleted files could be restored, none of them is lost forever. If you put in a license which is compatible to Commons I can move all files to Commons. Look @Ringer, this user has been deleting files relevant to this project and he is apologetic of what he has been doing. He is guilty of deletism. I could have blocked him before but as you can see he unblocked himself! He could do that as an admin of another project. We are the only two remaining active contributors here and we have been trying so hard to find ways on how to recruit new contributors but here is one admin from another project trying to overpower a local admin here in this project. This is threatening to the whole project and at the same time this cross-adminship is absurd. Hi Filipinayzd, I will try to explain the situation, Helder is not an administrator of another project, we are Global Administrators and we can act in all projects that do not have at least three active administrators, as is the case in this Wikipedia (please see [1]). We never trying to overpower a local admin. because our scope is to help doing administrative edits, and we have a permission to unblock oneself (unblockself) as mentioned in the link above.
